This the final evaluation report of the Government of Zimbabwe & UNFPA 6th country programme (2012-2015).
The aim of the report is to assess the progress towards achieving the Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) outputs and outcomes to fulfill the accountability and learning functions of evaluation and analyse factors facilitating or inhibiting the achievement of results in order to document lessons and make recommendations for the 7th Country Programme. The evaluation considers the relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the GBVIMS to positively influence GBV programming and inter-agency data sharing and the sustainability of the system.
